Computer freezes when using Google Chrome !!!

I didn't had any kind of freezing issues with Chrome until I reinstalled Windows 7 and I really don't know why and how because I've used google chrome for years without any issues at all but now after i did clean install of Windows 7 when i'm browsing with chrome my PC hangs sometimes (not all the time) exactly when i double click on it and when i open immediately for example facebook it hangs for about 5 seconds and then goes to normal and sometimes when i'm scrolling on an website or similar but this issue i'm not getting it with Internet Explorer 10 or Firefox 20 but only with Chrome! I've done so many things to fix it for example: Updating graphics card driver, reseting internet options settings, re-installing, updating all windows updates, trying older version of chrome etc... but still no luck :S So please help me what causing this issue, it has something to do with a graphics card, ram memory or what ?

    specs:

    Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66GHz
    4GB DDR3 1333MHz
    ATi Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5
    WD Caviar Black 1.5TB
    ASRock G41C-S
    GlacialTech 550W Real Power
    Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64 Bit.

    THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!
