Windows 7: Win764bit keeps rebooting after install!

Win764bit keeps rebooting after install!

Hi!

I bought a new pc. Specification:

-CPU: Core i5 3570K
-Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77 V-PRO
-RAM: 2x8 GB (1600Mhz)
-HDD 1TB + SSD 120Gb
-OS: Win 7 64-bit Ultimate

My problem is that after I install on the SSD the windows keeps restarting in an infinite loop! If I install on the HDD the same happens!

I install from external USB DVD rom. Of course I switch the boot options back to my SSD/HDD after install so that's not the problem!

...................................
Interesting thing is that once I managed to do it properly seomehow. First i installed on the HDD and did the infinite reboot. After that tried to install on the SSD and it worked! But i wanted to install/format both drives again because Cubase gave me BSOD-s and wanted to have a clean install to be sure its not other stuff etc.

Also when it worked a few days ago once it appeared a green screen (full screen) when i tried to boot and the start menu didnt show up or anything.

So i wanted to format both dirves again, and do a clean install on the SSD. But now both are doing the infinite loop not just the HDD. I dont understand what happens, please HELP! Thank you!

EDIT: Reboot occours BEFORE windows logo show up. Only thing that shows up is the BIOS options (press F12 or DEL to open bios) after restars again and again.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
Your system specs are a bit sparce but to start off, did your PC come with Win 7 Ultimate pre installed? What disc are you using to do a clean install? I saw that you used a DVD to install but where did this DVD come from?

I believe he is asking about the Win 7 DVD, perhaps he is trying to determine whether it is for a clean install or is it an upgrade installation disc.

I'm talking about the actual installation disc that contains the Windows 7 Ultimate Operating System!

wtf...its for both of course

you can choose when you install Windows 7 if you want to upgrade or clean install...I've chosen "Custom(advanced)" to have a clean install since the SSD was absolutely empty..no previous windows.

EDIT: There's nothing wrong with the installation disc i used it before.

There really is no need for this - I am guenuinely trying to help you. It is necessary to establish whether we are talking about a purchased disc or a downloaded ISO as the downloaded version can often be corrupted during the download or more regularly when it is burnt to a disc, usually at too fast a burn rate. But then you probably know that anyway.
So when you used this disc before did it perform a good install and was that on this current new machine?

Don't take it seriously man. My 'wtf' was not an insult or something just my surprise.

- I used the Windows 7 install dvd before in my previous computer and it worked great.

-Also this new one, at first I tried to intall Windows 7 on the HDD, did the infinite loop after that. I tried it twice.
Than I tried to install on the SSD and it worked. It booted from it.

-Now i wanted to format/install again the whole system on the SSD (clean install, both drives formatted before installation...) And now it do the infinite loop even in the SSD. I dont understand.

I saw many post on the internet about that thing but didnt see any answer how to fix this.

PS: Its not my first time to install windows believe me. I attend a computer engineering school, we write Java programmes, php, css and many things. I KNOW that its nothing wrong with the installation disc. I think maybe i should change something in the BIOS dont know, never experienced such thing before.
