Windows 7 Start up repair loop
Recently I have been dealing with a trojan and I downloaded windows defender offline. I put everything into my USB and booted my system from there. It deletes the trojan and everything and I powerdown the the laptop by holding the power button and then I go to my boot options and put everything to defaults settings and leaves. When it boots up this time it goes to a black screen that asks me to use Startup repair or Run windows normally. I click run normally and it takes me to the starting windows page with the logo and everything and when that is done it sends me back to the black screen again. It cuts off from there. I tried pressing alt+f10 and shows '/NOEXECUTE=OPTIN /MININT'. I've been researching this for a while now and I deleted that text and continued and it worked normally, everything booted up fine and I logged into windows. I was happy until I restarted windows and then the same thing happens. This time when I press alt+f10 nothing shows up or happens. Actually I have the same problem as this thread right here.

The differences is that when I press f8 or alt+f10 it will not work.
