Windows 7 Start up repair loop

Recently I have been dealing with a trojan and I downloaded windows defender offline. I put everything into my USB and booted my system from there. It deletes the trojan and everything and I powerdown the the laptop by holding the power button and then I go to my boot options and put everything to defaults settings and leaves. When it boots up this time it goes to a black screen that asks me to use Startup repair or Run windows normally. I click run normally and it takes me to the starting windows page with the logo and everything and when that is done it sends me back to the black screen again. It cuts off from there. I tried pressing alt+f10 and shows '/NOEXECUTE=OPTIN /MININT'. I've been researching this for a while now and I deleted that text and continued and it worked normally, everything booted up fine and I logged into windows. I was happy until I restarted windows and then the same thing happens. This time when I press alt+f10 nothing shows up or happens. Actually I have the same problem as this thread right here.

The differences is that when I press f8 or alt+f10 it will not work.

Ok nevermind guys my laptop works but only if you click alt+f10 at the beginning of the screen. It gives me that message and I have to erase it for it to boot normally.

It sounds like you are being prompted to run Factory Recovery.

You can do that, but if you have files to rescue you may need to do that first from Step 10 of the tutorial I linked earlier.

If Recovery doesn't run or you'd prefer to get rid of the Asus factory bloatware and have only Win7 in its natural state you can also Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Sorry guys I haven't marked this as read yet. I am still waiting for a friend to give me back my flashdrive. I will mark this as solved becuz I dont mind deleting the text everytime I start up. I just want to fix it. As soon as I get my flashdrive back I will download it.
