Windows 7 installed over Windows XP is restarting automatically

Hi everyone,
I had just installed Windows 7 Ultimate x32 bit over my old OS Windows XP.It worked nice,but after a 10 minutes or half an hour.It automatically restarting.
I also unchecked the check box.The screenshot will be in attachment.
What can I do know??

Sanjay, look in your event viewer for the times it is restarting an post screenshots.

Where did you get Win7? How is it activated?

Then we cannot help you further unless you agree to immediately buy a key for the version you stole, or reinstall XP. This is the top tech forums on the net and we do not help pirates.

In fact if you don't agree to get legal quickly you will be permanently banned from the forums by the moderators.
