How to highlight specific programs in the start menu?

Good morning,
I want to know how to highlight specific programs in the start menu (eg. when you install a new program). What values do I need to change in the registry?
Thank you very much.

Hello Emanuele,

The "Highlight newly installed programs" option in your Customize Start Menu settings can be turned on or off, but it can only be for all newly installed programs and not specific ones.

If you like you can pin and unpin any program you like to or from the Start Menu though for easy access.

Hope this helps some for now,
