I think we have something it i will need to get a second opinion . I have asked cottonball to help us out . He might want you to run the FRST tool again from within command prompt in advanced boot options using a USB flash drive .

We are in no rush .

I would recommend removing ALL the toolbars you have .

I recommend using Revo Uninstaller to remove the toolbars

    Download link
    Download

Please download and install Revo Uninstaller Free
Double click Revo Uninstaller to run it.
From the list of programs double click on The Program to remove
When prompted if you want to uninstall click Yes.
Be sure the Advanced option is selected then click Next.
The program will run, If prompted again click Yes
when the built-in uninstaller is finished click on Next.
Once the program has searched for leftovers click Next.
Check/tick the bolded items only on the list then click Delete
when prompted click on Yes and then on next.
put a check on any folders that are found and select delete
when prompted select yes then on next
    Once done click Finish.

       Note
You could also Download the RevoUninstaller Pro its a 30-Day trial

Ok so I tried this hotfix High CPU usage in the Explorer.exe process when you open a folder that contains corrupted .wav files in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2 but when I try to install it says it is not applicable.I called microsoft and after 30 mins she said I would have make a payment for her to guide me though the rest of the process. That is not an option.
