Laptop displaying unfound pop up

Ive tried running several malware programs and my antivirus. Ive looked in the task manager under processes. I can not find this thing on my computer. I even tried to open it to see what it is and get the error message ill show. The pop up comes with 2 boxes 1 behind the other which i seperated to show you both but in 1 pic. The second pic is the error message i get when i try to open it. PLEASE HELP

Please download AdwCleaner:
http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/finish/20-outils-de-xplode/2-adwcleaner
Save to the desktop.

Close all open programs.
To run the program, right-click AdwCleaner.exe and select: Run as Administrator

Click on Search and confirm the prompt.
After the program finishes, a text file report opens.
Please post the content of the C:\AdwCleaner[Rx].txt in your reply.

In addition I'd establish a Clean Boot, check the logs and System Resources for repeat errors to resolve, check System Files from the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

1.Right-click on adwcleaner.exe and select Run As Administrator to launch the application.
2.Click on Delete button.
3.Confirm each time with OK.
4.Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart. Please post the content of that logfile in your reply.
