web pages saved for offline viewing

Hi all,
I wish to make all my bookmarks available offline as the supplier is unreliable.
Is it possible to do this on all bookmarks/favourites at a single process. (or any process )?
I have 7 premium and internet options does not seem to offer this as i remember earlier windows doing.
thank in advance , or anyway for reading.
