Not entirely sure what to put this under, so...

I'm just going to ask some questions that have been on my mind:
    1. I want to move my os to SSD, im pretty sure i have to reinstall it onto the SSD, but i dont have the disc anymore.
    2. I have a dual screen set up, on through VGA on my Asus and the other through my Denon receiver with an HDMI cable. My second screen, though the receiver on my tv, keeps flickering, i've updated my graphics card (Geforce 550ti) and changed HDMI cables(completely brand new), but it still pursists.

You can image your OS over to SSD following this: SSD - Install and transfer the Operating System

Or you can Clean Reinstall it using the installer provided here to reinstall your licensed version with the Product Key on your COA sticker. Follow the steps in the blue link to get a perfect install: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

The TV receiver is likely interfering causing the flicker. Can you disable the receiver or replace the monitor?

Have you run the hdmi cable straight to the hdtv ?

I have my pc connected straight to the Sony hdtv with a monster dvi to hdmi cable.

Are you worried about sound ?

I have done it in the past, i do prefer the sound system however. The receiver works fine with my other devices (PS3 and whatnot) so i'm still not sure what to do, and i dont think ill be getting a new tv anytime soon (the second screen is one of those). I will look at the os sites that you have linked thanks!
