Windows Explorer Favorites not working properly?

Hello, Extatic here. I've come across an error and I was wondering if any of you could help. I've read up on some tutorials on how to fix this, but none of them have worked.

My "Favourites" within Windows Explorer is broken. It will not work. I can't add anything in there, and I can't restore the previous favourites. I believe I deleted my default "Links" folder in my C:\Users\(UserName) folder by accident when cleaning it up, and don't know if restoring that (somehow) will hold the key to my troubles.

Either way, I'm completely stumped as to what to do! I've tried registry editing, and I've tried re-adding the links folder manually, but nothing has worked! It bugs me as I've usually got to use some folder links there for quick access, and would like this matter resolved ASAP!

    Thanks in advance!

Pfft, wow. I followed that tutorial 10 minutes ago, didn't work. But suddenly, out of the blue it begins to work just as normal again! Well, thanks for your time Shawn!

Great news. Sometimes it may take a bit to fully apply. :)
