That answer file does nothing else than sets US English input language, network location Home and AWST time zone.

Only reference to a user profile in the answer file is to built-in administrator account, which is unnecessary as Windows creates this user profile automatically when installed. As the built-in user account cannot be used as the initial local administrative account and the answer file does not contain any information about initial username and password, Windows of course stops asking them when OOBE boot is made.

BTW, one sure recipe for problems is your way to bury your Windows 7 All In One image so deep; sysprep is very sensitive and that extremely long path with lot of spaces is like telling sysprep "I'll make it a bit more difficult for you, let's see if I can make you crash!". It most probably works as you have it but it is not very good practice. Put the Source folder with install.wim in it to root of a drive.

    Huh ?

Your answer file, no username, no password. Windows install, ask username and password.

Leave the password field empty when installing Windows, or when creating an answer file.

Your answer file has no user added. In the tutorial I will build an example answer file adding a user.
