default start menu items disappeared, found vista ones

I need the start menu links for all the shortcuts. Mine seem to have disappeared! I found this... Start Menu - Restore Missing Default Shortcuts - Vista Forums which could work but its for vista. Is there one like this for windows 7.

Hm, how did they go poof?
Try repair install, or try system restore

Yes, please somebody zip all the default shortcuts! Needed since Windows 7 is good at going crazy with the Start Menu. Items are disappearing all the time.
