What exactly is happening?

To get some of your your specifications, you can use programs like CPU-Z, HWiNFO or Speccy.

I have another question in addition to what's happening with your computer: when you say you switched PCs, do you mean that absolutely everything is different? Or are there parts from the old one being used in the new one?

yes, this forum has a tool that automatically reads and writes your specs in your profile. (as long as your Internet Explorer is working)

This tutorial tells you everything you need.

I think it's too early to know what the culprit is. When you say it's freezing every 5 minutes, do you mean that it just freezes temporarily, or is it more permanent until you press the Reset button?
