    Mediaplayer network is clogging my cpu


    Hi
    How come that everytime i start the computer the program "Windows mediaplayer network" clogs my cpu with about 50% load - ? And it persists in coming back again and again - ! Can anybody tell me how i can avoid this problem - , now i use the resourcemonitor to turn the thread of - !

    Disable it


    If you don't use it, you could disable it in the Services.

    1. Type Services into the Start Menu search box.
    2. Locate the service in the list.
    3. Right click on it and choose Properties.
    4. Select "Disabled" from the "Startup type:" drop down list.
