You can try running Factory Recovery again from its partition at boot, using Recovery Disks you should have made as a backup, or order them from your Tech Support. If it fails when run from the disks try wiping the HD first.

But that's factory preinstalled Win7 which is an inferior install to begin with, larded with bloatware and useless duplicate utilities that have better versions built into Win7. That's why most tech enthusiasts won't run it but instead Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 following the steps in the blue link to get a perfect install.

The tutorial shows you everything you need to do to prepare and do the reinstall, including how to handle drivers. You may need to go to a friend's house or borrow a family member's laptop to do the preparation.

Be sure to download your wireless driver in your backup so you can get online to do all of your Updates after install, which will provide most of the rest of your drivers.

Have you tried running HP System Recovery by all the methods shown?

If the disks fail repeatedly when you follow the steps given, then try wiping the HD first with DBAN, Partition Wizard or if you have a Win7 Repair CD to boot into the Command Line run Diskpart Clean Command
