    fresh install has registry errors

Hi, my name is William. I downloaded windows 7 32 bit from MSDN (since i can get a copy for free from the school I'm in), and then did a clean install. After installing it, I have been getting a few error messages that I can't seem to fix. I keep getting error messages like windows explorer encountered a validation problem, with various modules listed (have seen KERNELBASE.dll when i right click my computer from the start menu, have seen a shell32.dll when i close a explorer window, which crashes and reloads it if i click on do not ignore and cancel, otherwise it hangs at finding a solution, and have seen either those or others when I tried to install software).

I have gone onto microsoft's site and tried to do sfc /scannow, but it said nothing was wrong. I've tried downloading the .dll's and moving them/replacing the old ones, but it says I need permission to perform that action on an admin account so I can't replace them.

Be sure to stick with these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall (same for retail) making sure the first thing you do is install all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates, after enabling Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3).

Then operate it long enough setting up desktop, etc. to gauge performance fully before installing programs, which I'd install one at a time with enough time in between to discover which program, driver or settings change you are making that is causing the problem.

If the problem recurs, System Restore to a point before it began and post back the program or change you made which you suspect caused it.

You will get and keep a perfect install of Win7 to the exact extent you stick with only the tools and methods given, which is based on our helping countless thousands get perfect installs since before Win7 was even released.
