WIndows 7, changes to this computer warning

Hello, i'm attempting to help my mum setup her Windows 7 laptop. (securing it to the best of my abilities ect).
I don't know much about Windows. I've set up an admin account; and a standard user account for my mum.
The problem is, some wanted programs start up on boot and The little box comes up asking;
"Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer", These boxes are fine, and when a program does try to make changes, i'm happy for this to happen.
This happens at every boot though, when some programs that came with the computer launch to optimize the hardware. I don't want to disable these warnings, but i want to grant just these select few programs permission to open automatically in the background without typing the admin password at each boot.

How can i do this?

Thank you

I have a similar issue, my work around (Note I am not advocating this) is to remove the password from the admin account, then you only have to click the YES button. There is a excellent detailed discussion here How to get rid of "Do you want to allow..."?

This is happening because something is running in the context of the current user, but is requesting elevated permissions. Poor software design for it to be doing this every boot. More than likely you don't need this software as it is most likely a hotkey manager or Intel video right-click context menu, etc.

What is the name of the executable doing this?

You don't really need any of that preinstalled factory bloatware, which nearly ruins Windows 7 native performance as you can see.

What I'd suggest is to turn it all off as shown in Clean Up Factory Bloatware which will regain some performance lost to the OEM crapware and which steps will also familiarize you more with your PC.

Also read over the steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to see if its a project you might want to take on to get the absolute best performance from Windows 7. We will help you when ready.
