    Error Loading Operating System

I have an LG PC. I have office Professional 2007. The hard drive is seagate 320 Gbytes. It was operating perfectly, until I moved it to another room. I turned it on and the screen said analog power saving mode.
I have changed the battery on the motherboard, double checked all connections, and reboted it and now the screen says Error loading operating system. If I press del it takes me to CMOS utility. But I don't know what to do. Can anyone advise what I should do. Step by step would be great.

Hi megatron, and "Welcome to the Seven Forums." . . .

Now to the problem at hand. First we need to know what operating system you are using. Microsoft Office 2007 is not an operating system. To find out what OS you are using "press and hold the down the Windows Key then push the Pause Key." Doing this will bring up what is known at the "View basic information about your computer."

From that screen you will see the basic information about your operating system and the computer itself. Now type in that information so that we who wish to help can see what operating system, and computer you are using. With this information we can at least start to give you some ideas as to the problem. . .:)

Go ahead into BIOS setup via Delete key at boot, check that HD is detected and Reset to Optimal Defaults, Save and Exit.

    Now what happens?

You'll need the disk provided in Step 6 of Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
to boot to run Startup Repair a few times to see what it finds. It should offer to automate System Restore but if not run it manually from the System Recovery Options.

If these first steps fail start at the top of the Troubleshooting steps which include everything possible to start Win7 leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Factory Recovery or get the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

And make sure your hard drive connectors haven`t come loose, you moved the pc, this CAN happen, resulting in what you are seeing.
