Is it Normal for COM Surrogate like this ?

Is it normal for Com Surrogate to takeover all of your RAM ?
i had a problem when i was opening explorer and searched for videos
my computer just got hot all over, and then i tried to open the task manager when i saw
my COM Surrogate was using 75% of the RAM
was it normal ?
can any body explain ?

Welcome to Seven Forums AlphaRaven. That can be caused by a bad codec, even viewing thumbnails of files using a bad codec. I notice you have your video folder open. If the problem repeats quite often, see if it only happens when viewing that folder, or playing vids. If so, try disabling thumbnail view in the folder and see if that changes. If it is a bad codec, do you have a codec pack installed? A Guy

i have found the problem, it's a corrupted video file
but i cant be deleted
can you help me ?

Sure, more info? You have a video that won't let you delete it? It gives you an error when you try? What error exactly? Try Unlocker and see if that works, if not post a screenshot of the error.
