Take ownership of the TEMP ( all of them ) then delete the User Accounts .

Then go to the registry and delete the SID that ends in .bak then change the State and RefCount to 0 (zero) for the Matteo account . Then restart and try to log into the account .
    - Logged in as madmatt
    - Checked under C:\Users if any TEMP, did't find any
-Went into Registry (as administrator) and deleted the SID that ends in .bak
    - Changed the State and RefCount to 0
then I've realized it was the line for the madmatt account and not Matteo, is it possible?

Now it logged in as Matteo account but my impressio is that instead of retrieving my old desktop with all my data it has a brand new desktop with some programs but no old data??!!

ADDED: my sensation now is that I have two new profiles madmatt (legitimate new) and Matteo (transformed in new, instead of retrieving the old), is it possible?

    Lets run another query

Open up an Elevated Command Prompt. Click on type in CMD inside Search Programs and Files. Right click on CMD under Programs (1) choose Run as administrator . On the User Access Control window click on the Yes button . Command Prompt opens up to C:\Windows\System32>_

    Type the command below

    REG QUERY "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList" /s > %userprofile%\Desktop\UserAccounts.txt
Upload the UserAccount.txt file should be on the desktop . If you already have UserAccounts.txt on your desktop delete that file before you run the Query .

You deleted the correct .bak account which connects to C:\Users\TEMP

    I do see this though

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\S-1-5-21-724269861-727063738-2825992131-1000
    ProfileImagePath REG_EXPAND_SZ C:\Users\Matteo.Matteo-VAIO
    Flags REG_DWORD 0x0
    State REG_DWORD 0x204
    Sid REG_BINARY 010500000000000515000000257B2B2BBA1C562BC33771A8E8030000
    ProfileLoadTimeLow REG_DWORD 0x0
    ProfileLoadTimeHigh REG_DWORD 0x0
    RefCount REG_DWORD 0x2
Right click on the ProfileImagePath and choose Modify change C:\Users\Matteo.Matteo-VAIO to C:\Users\Matteo so just delete the .Matteo-VAIO

Then change the State and RefCount to 0 close the registry and restart the PC . Try to login to Matteo account in normal mode
