How to get updates after restore from image

So yesterday I restored Win 7 from a Reflect image backup from 5/18/13. I then checked for windows updates. I only had 1 for MS Essentials, which I installed.

Today I checked for updates but did not have any. When I view history of updated I show 5/18/13 as last updates (except for the one from yesterday).

How do I get the updates that I used to have before I restored Win 7? I know that there were about 9 or 10 from just last week.

5/14/2013 was the last Patch Tuesday.
If you see a lot of updates installed for that Patch Tuesday included in the image you restored you are ok.
The only updates since then should be MS Security Essentials definitions.
