What is the version of windows 7? It may say in the bottom right corner of the screen "build 6100" or something.

no theres no text in the corner of the screen. it all seems quite normal other than those faults.
    but my build is 7601.

OK, just though I'd rule that out.

I'm still researching, but so far my guess is damage to the registry.

    You could try running sfc
    1. In the start menu, type "cmd" into the search menu
    2. Right-click on "command prompt" and click "run as administrator"
    3. In command prompt type "SFC /SCANNOW" and hit enter

It will try to repair any errors it finds and then it'll ask you to restart.

By the way, did you by any chance use a "registry cleaner"?

Boot into Safe Mode with Networking to install, update and run a full scan with Malwarebytes . If it won't run you'll need to work from boot mode starting at the top of the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start to disinfect then repair system files since Win7 may not repair until disinfected.

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command if necessary from the WIn7 DVD or System Repair Disk which I would burn now in case you lose bootability: SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot

i have ran the SFC scan and it came back saying it could not repair some of the issues it found
an it had stored the info in the CBS file (linked below)
the malwarebytes is on going but will be done soon

If SFC will not repair the files after running it three times then run a Repair Install

But first make sure the OS is disinfected, running Malwarebytes and one other of the bootable AV's in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

I've ran all of the scans successfully
but every time i run the windows installation it will do the first parts (extracting windows files..ect)
but when it restarts to install windows it keep saying to was un able to complete the installation and
reverts back to how it was.
