    Arranging files within a folder

    Hi rookie here
How do I arrange files in a folder in the random order I desire? I could number each
file but that would entail considerable time. Also how do I control the size of the cursor in this field while I am typing?

    Thanks

    Walt

    Welcome to Sevenforums :)

You can only choose so many ways to sort them.

Just right click in the white field and choose sort by name.

Hello Walt, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You could disable auto arrange in Windows Explore to be able to arrange files and folders in any order you like in an opened folder. The tutorial below can help show you more on how to do so if you like. Be sure to read all of the information at the top of the tutorial for usage options.
The tutorial below can show you how to change the thickness width of the cursor.
    Hope this helps, :)
