cannot access password user profile

tried many times to access laptop the password says the user profile service failed the logon
user profile cannot be loaded '
i can get in on safe mode but canged my password but it still wont let me in have put malware bytes on and cleared some bugs but it still wont let me in there are litte blue and yellow shiels next to some things that i need to access to alter things but when i click them nothing happens i dont have a recovery disc
also a box says smartlogon.exe application error the application was unable to start correctly

Try a reinstall. Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

dont want to lose all my work etc is there a way of taking the aministrator of it seems to override things and wont let me change anything

I tried this umteen times using different names etc but nothing happened like it decribes every time the log on opens with with my name and the guest i click on mine put the password in and it rejects it again user profile cannot load how is it i can get into the guest and all the stuff is there except i cant download or change anthing as it keeps asking for the administrator i put my code in and again nothing what is wrong i need help

i spent hours doing all those other things if you cannot get your amin rights then you can not access anything to make alterations thanks for all yor help never clean install thats too easy
