Hello Yogesh, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Since this only happens at startup, you might check to see if it's listed in your startup programs. If so, then you could just disable or delete it from the startup programs to no longer get the error.

If not, then you could troubleshoot by performing a clean startup to see if that may help ID the cause.

Hope this helps for now, :)

it's most likely related to msi, check your hardware for any msi products, can be mobo, graphics card or anything. then, update with the latest driver of that particular device. this may fix the missing or corrupted dll. another possible cause is not hardware but a certain program that uses this dll when running. again, it should be a program related to msi, when you've identified the program, reinstalling it should fix the problem. if not, maybe the program itself is broken, removing it should stop windows from requesting that dll.

    msifx32.dll could be malware

Please download (free version) Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer
    * Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.Right click to run as Administrator, using Windows 7 or Vista.
    * At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    * Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
    * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    * Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    * When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.
