Run it overnight for best results . If it has any errors then test each RAM on every slot .

It seems you fell victim to one of the Registry Errors scam ads that trick you into installing crapware that ruins your Win7. None of those are ever needed for Win7, nor are other outdated tools like Driver Finders since Win7 is a driver-complete OS with newer drivers delivered by Windows Updates.

The only Registry Cleaner needed if any is free lightweight CCleaner however it's only clearing out unused keys along with other file buildup that's not needed. I don't run it any more than 3-4 times per year, followed by a good Boot Time defragger like Puran which also includes a Disk Check.

Unless you have a System Restore point before you likely ruined Win7 with the Registry scamware what's almost always required is to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. You'll end up with a much bettere install which will stay that way if you stick with only the tools and methods recommended.

Can windows 7 find any up to date drivers no matter how old the laptop is? If so, how do Driver Finders sell their products on the market?

It is running now for more than 14 hours. Pass:13, Errors:0
How long dose it still take?

memtest never ends. You've run it long enough.

Driver Finders like Registry Cleaners sell their products to suckers who don't know better. Most of us stopped using Driver programs with XP. Drivers not provided by Win7 should come from the PC or Device's Support Downloads webpage.

Only change out drivers that are pinpointed to be causing problems, e.g. the chipset, or a Standard VGA placeholder display driver.

Look over the other tips here to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 based on what's worked best helping countless thousands of users here get a perfect install. Steps are the same for retail. Once you get it set up you can save a backup image so you never have to reinstall again and can reimage in 20 minutes if it becomes irreparable.

Drivers not provided by Windows 7 should come from the PC or Device's Support Downloads webpage.
Sometimes Drivers provided by PC or Device's Downloads webpages are not up to date because maybe PC's or Laptops are not new model anymore. I have had to experience this for my Sony VAIO. I had problems with Graphic card drivers because I got the latest driver from official Sony VAIO webpage. It took long time until I noticed that the driver I used was not up to date and caused the problem.

What to do in this case?

Use 1) the drivers provided by running all rounds of Windows Updates with reboots, after enabling Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3)

If there are performance problems or you're stuck with only Standard VGA display driver import the driver from the PC maker's Support Downloads webpage. A laptop may have drivers modified so it's not always best to go to the device maker.
