the Explorer Icon on the taskbar then right clicking on Windows Explorer and selecting Properties.
Agreed.

Just to clarify:
  • Right click on the Windows Explorer icon on the Taskbar
  • Right click on the Windows Explorer in the Jump List
  • Select Properties

Additional
"Shift + Right click" on the Taskbar icon offers a different set of options.
