Windows 7: most of files turned to .lnk

most of files turned to .lnk

Hello, the most of files of my computer is turned to .lnk, when i create shortcut, the shortcut turn to .lnk, and when i turn the files to .exe they don't work and
and also my computer not working it turn to .lnk and i don't know what .lnk used for, here is my story




when i download file have .lnk i just do open with>choose default program>paint and it was ticked on alawys use the selected program to open this kind of this file then i click on ok

the most of files and changed i have been shocked after i see that so please i need help for that

Click on both to import registry settings

exe - Executable application files.
lnk - Shortcut link (LNK) files.

A simple "refresh" was enough, or a simple logoff/logon.
