Taskbar Freeze After Wake/Unlock... And Windows Updates.

    Possibly your browser history is filled up ? run Disk cleanup and System cleanup if more than one user is on this machine.
    Or you need to check for graphics card driver updates ?
    When was the last time you blew out the intake and exhaust vents ?

    Seriously, all is clean, the issue i have (this and the other) just happen when "your Windows get old" so do not try finding the issue in apps, it's just Windows itself, and i wish there's a solution appart reinstall/making another user (since apps aren't installed for all, that would be a pain)!

    well i didn't realized i could revert from ie10 to ie9 before.. so i just did. seems fine, i mean no bug.. almost? sometimes the right clic menu will show everytnhing in double.. but anyways, first i thought some of my issues are solved but in the end everything seems to be the same..
