Window fore-/background managment
didn't ever tried Vista, so this may be lame, but...
In XP when you start dragging something (a file, folder, text, URL) from a window that is in the background, this window stays there and doesn't mess up with your destination foreground window.
In Windows 7 however, as soon as you start dragging, the windows pops to foreground and you need a much longer way dragging the thing. Also the destination window doesn't come to front after you finished dragging, so you need an additional click also...
I often use drag and drop from/to WinRar for example and this annoys me very much. Is there a way to change this window managament feature back to XP behaviour?
