Sticky notes always on top.

My regular windows open up under my Sticky Notes.

Like the Sticky Notes had been set to "Always on Top."

How do I fix that?

Sticky Notes
Recently updated from Vista to 7 on 2 machines (both Lenovo tablet PC's). I had several pre-existing sticky notes and use the program often. When I try to launch sticky notes in 7, I get a "corrupt metadata" error message. Same thing on both machines. Need suggestions for a fix. Thanks.
