Pop for users when logging in.

    Hi,

I want to create a file to use on 28 computers in my computer lab. I want to have a message display in a popup that they can close that will inform them to log out of gmail, and other accounts.

I'm not sure how to go about doing this, I would like to be able to save a file to my flash drive, so I can just simply drag and drop to each computer, instead of manually editing every computer.

Anyway to do this in windows 7, I know it can be done in XP.

    Thanks, RaZe

    Hello RaZe,

If you like, you could set to have a title and message display on the log on screen of all users for this in Windows 7. For your needs, using METHOD TWO for regedit in the tutorial below would be best. This way you could set the title and message, export the "System" key as a .reg file, edit the .reg file to only include the legalnoticecaption and legalnoticetext string values, then you will be able to just merge the .reg file on any computer you want to add the same log on title and message to.

    Logon Title and Text Message

If you need any help with this, then please just let me know.

    Hope this helps, :)
    Shawn
