I try to keep my web browser UI as simplistic as possible. Have the navigation buttons hidden.

Nah, mate. I like to use my other hand to pat my head or karate chop some air. It's too wild to stay on the keyboard.
Seriously? Your left hand isn't sitting on Home Row while you're using the mouse? What do you do when you want to start typing? If your left hand were already sitting on the Home Row, then you'd only have to move your right hand.

Or, are you talking about when you're looking at certain sites where your right hand is on the mouse and your left hand is doing something else that I probably shouldn't mention on here? You can be honest because I'm just asking in order to understand; I'm not looking to judge.

That's actually universal. Check it out in other browsers, and it even applies to Windows Explorer (not to be confused with Internet Explorer).

Alt-arrows were dealt with in post 12.

The OP mentioned AHK... thinking thru that, it might be possible to do something like this:
if Firefox is in focus
on right mouse down event - cause a right mouse up event
on the next right mouse up event - cause a right mouse click where the mouse is

I wasn't sure if it was universal.
I rarely start any other browsers (only to check if a web page that I've written for my TAFE course, actually works in something other than FF).

As far as I'm concerned browsers other than FF, offer me nothing.

My bad.
I've had this page open so long that there wasn't a page 2, when I decided to type my reply.
I guess I should refresh pages before I start replying.

The latter, but not in that manner, no. For instance, when reading an article. I have my hand on the mouse and scroll down the page by clicking and holding the middle mouse button to autoscroll, then releasing it to disable autoscroll. A "flick" of sorts.

My other hand is usually tucked in closer to my torso for a more comfortable position than being over the keyboard, that or playing with a Slinky or something(not a metaphor for something else haha!)

Oh, yeah, when I'm reading a lengthy article my left hand tends to gravitate towards my lap and I just chill with my right hand on my mouse scrolling and clicking. I think I forgot that I do this because right-clicking and pressing some letter from the context menu has become so automatic that I don't even think about it now. Unfortunately, that takes a long time to develop... :/

Plus, my mouse speed is set as high as it goes with mouse acceleration set so that if I need to quickly move across my entire display, it just takes a gentle but quick flick of my wrist to get the mouse instantly to that part. Fortunately though, my mouse has two side buttons, one on either side for Back and Forward. So, I just use those. The only time I put my mouse over the Back and Forward buttons is when I need to right-click one of them.

I probably should not have even mentioned it. In a thread that is moving this fast - repeats are bound to happen. It is kind of funny/interesting how this thread has drawn in so many members.

Yes, as soon as you posted your prior post, I took another look into AutoHotKey. It looks like it does have the commands for the Right-up and Right-down. I'm going to check out some gesture addons for Firefox first. If those don't feel right for me, then, ugh...programming. Hopefully I'll be able to find someone else who has already accomplished such and copy his or her code. Beyond this, though, AHK looks like it has some nifty uses I could like.

An amusing fact is, looks like Firefox had this right-click and drag context menu behavior back in the early millennium. Then it was changed to match Windows behavior. :/

I changed the pseudo code a bit in that post (to end with a complete click cycle).

If you have worked with AHK, then stick with that. If you opt to use AutoIt, know that their forum is not always kind to new people. A sad reputation to have.
