Multiple programs have started acting up, can't find root cause

OK, first build, almost a year in. No problems until recently, but I canít seem to pinpoint what is the source of these problems. And they seem to be happening more frequently. Please read through this and give me your best shots. Iíll be very grateful!

Windows 7 x64

PROBLEMS/SYMPTOMS:

*note that sometimes upon rebooting the computer, everything works fine (as far as I can tell)

Chrome
-crashes from time to time
-once crashes, can't fix without reboot
-sometimes reboots computer upon exiting a tab
-have reinstalled twice
Kaspersky
-turns itself off, occassionally will turn itself back on
-databases become corrupted, and won't update without being corrupted immediately
-if databases update properly, sometimes says "some protection components are corrupted. we recommend you reinstall the application"
-have reinstalled twice
BitTorrent
-will occasionally crash, and prompt to relaunch
-sometimes relaunch will automatically lead to another crash and prompt for relaunch
-rarely relaunch will cause computer to reboot
Windows 7
-bottom right corner all of a sudden said this was an unauthorized version of windows 7
-I told it to re-register via internet and the message went away.
-only happend once
IAStorIcon has stopped working (something from Intel)
-this has popped up twice, with the following explanation:
-description: stopped working
-problem event name: appcrash
-application name: IAStorIcon.exe
-application version: 11.1.0.1006
-application timestamp: 4f29d80d
-fault module name: gdiplus.dll
-fault module version: 6.1.7601.17825
-fault module timestamp: 4f9235ab
-exception code: c0000005
-exception offselt: 000c68c7
-locale ID: 1033
had a microsoft program stop responding/crash
-i wasn't able to write down what it was
-only happened once

ATTEMPTS TO FIX/FIND SOURCE OF PROBLEMS:

Windows Defender Offline
-no threats detected
-via USB
Kaspersky TDSSKiller
-no rootkits detected
Kaspersky Internet Security 2013
-no threats detected
MalwareBytes
-no threats detected
SUPERAntiSpyware
-found a few cookies, nothing dangerous
-they were removed
-program was removed as requested by Kaspersky Technical Support
sfc.exe (System File Checker)
-would not run unless through cmd.exe
-after system scan, results were "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

If you need any more info, please let me know!

Thanks for any and all help,

Have you checked your HDD for errors?

Something crashed on my PC (about a month ago) and it suddenly claimed that my W7 wasn't genuine.
It returned to normal after a reboot and it hasn't happened since.

I think he means do chkdsk /f C: from an admin elevated command prompt, it will not start then, unless you unmount the drive, which being C: (probably not offered, I would hope not), however say yes to letting it on a reboot, then reboot.

Exactly.
The GUI tool will make the same offer (scan at next reboot).

Thank you guys for your replies. I am sorry it took me so long to get back, but I have had to work.

To answer your questions, yes I have checked my SSD with chkdsk, but the results were normal. And the problem persists. Also, I have been told that SSDs don't really need chkdsk, but I ran it anyway.

Any other ideas?
