stuck on login screen

hy everyone, i just joined this forum in case you could help me with my problem in windows 7. i had this issue about 2 days ago, had been searching and browsing for solutions but nothing worked. here is may problem :

my windows keeps rolling back to login screen everytime i enter my account. i tried to boot from safe mode using the same account and it worked, activated Administrator account using command prompt (net users administrator \active:yes), went to "msconfig" and choosed selective start up and services. back to normal boot, the problem happened again and again. i logged in using administrator account but some of my program didn't work well (especially the latest CX-One V.9.1 Omron PLC programmer, i got this one way install full version from the distributor)

please help me activate my original account

best regards
boysandra

Hello boysandra, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might see if doing a system restore at boot using a restore point (if available) dated before this happened may be able to fix this for you without having to do anything else.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Are you getting any error messages?

Is this happening only when you are idle after a bit, or just goes back to log on screen no matter what?

Are you able to create a new administrator account to use instead, and successfully log in to it normally?

If so, then you could do that, then copy any files and shortcuts from your old account to the new one, then delete the old account when you like.

I did that like I said, but some of my program didn't work well when I logged on using new account altough it is as administrator

That was with the built-in elevated "Administrator" account. I'm talking about creating just a normal administrator account through "User Accounts" in control panel instead to see how it works.

Yes I did, it was the same result as built in administrator account

In that case, you could try doing a repair install if you like to try and fix this without losing anything.
