    can i stop this annoying pop up at every boot ?


    Hi

    i update today the bios
    1.Improve memory compatibility.
    2.Fix XMP button issue
    3.Revise help string for the Korean Language.
    4.Enhance USB compatibility
    well now at every boot i get a pop up with
    this device can run faster if connected to a super fast USB 3 port
    with this icon


    But
    i have now i have 2 external hard disk
    1)is usb 2 connected to an usb 2 port
    2)a usb 3 connected to ah usb 3 port

    this icon conecern the external hard disk usb 3 lacie but it's plugged in a usb3 port
    transfer rate is arou 130/150mb at second


    i don't know what does my windows 7 64bit wants!

    should i live with this this icon?
    i thought to flash the old bios
    can i avoid this boring annoying pop up?


    it started with today , after i update the bios

    You can try to connect the device with USB 2 to USB 3 and the tell me if it's continue to pop up.

    that just hides the symptom for a bad driver or some other USB issue.

    Bob the pop up tells you that you don't use the best USB port for your device. That doesn't mean that something is wrong. Just hide it and use whatever port you want. An example: I use my USB port in my front panel for recharge my iphone. My USB ports in my front panel isn't the best ports for my iphone but i don't want to have it connected behind my computer.

    The OP is connecting a USB 3.0 device to a USB 3.0 port. That popup shouldn't come out, if it does, there is something amiss.

    just i wrote this did happen after a bios update

    but where can i find this windows and option ?
