Please help me to disable auto power on.

I shut down my PC off every night before I go to bed. I don't unplug it I just shut down the normal windows way. But it will auto power on by itself. I already disable RTC wakeup times In my BIOS. I also disable wakeup on “Power Management Setup”. I have setup windows update once per week, but it power on by itself not on my setup time. Please anyone help me to disable the auto power on by itself everyday (it will auto power on twice per day sometimes).

That is a possibility. Do you have any type of program that connects the two machines other than wi-fi?

Let's try disabling Power management, you can go as far as you want, and since it seems the laptop is affecting both machines try changing the laptop's settings first to see if it helps: Power Plan Settings - Change

Remember, if you set everything to "Never" you will have to shut down your machines, it won't be automatic any more.

In your bios you should have a 'power on by RTC' and 'Power on by pcie', have you tried disabling those? I believe they should be disabled by default.
