Need help identifying file type

Can someone tell me what types of files these are? They come up in my temp files but i can't delete them.
The etilqs files i'm talking about

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit & Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
 
 

Files you could remove . Try renaming them and then delete them .

You could also upload them to www.virustotal.com and see what they are .

Windows 7 64-bit/Windows 8 64-bit dual boot
 
 

etilqs = sqlite backwards.They are temp files created by Firefox. I believe they are supposed to be removed automatically once Firefox closes and sqlite stops running.

Have you tried deleting them when Firefox is not running?
