Windows wont get past loading screen

Ive tried everything I know. Windows wont boot past the loading screen. None of the other modes work, including repair. I tried reinstalling windows (i done it about a month ago due to a different problen) and it wont load. The hard drive is still viewable in bios and I was fiddling with the menus on boot and found this error message 0xc0000225. I am way out of my depth here and could use some help.

Edit: running windows 7 on a samsung laptop.

    Hello Sulleygold,

Have you tried the SFC /SCANNOW command?
    If not please do so.
    1. Go to the command prompt.
    2. Type "sfc /scannow" without quotations.
    3. Let SFC do it's thing, and when done repeat the process up to five times.

There is also a very good tutorial in the tut section, but as I am posting this from my phone, I am unable to link it or use advanced BBCode.

Good luck and keep us posted,

    Hello Sulleygold,

I am back to my computer now:)

Can you still get in startup repair?
    If so, please run chkdsk;

    1. Go to Command Prompt.
    2. type "chkdsk /f C:" without the quotations and replace C with the letter of your hard drive.
    3. Reboot your machine and navigate back to Command Prompt.
    4. Try the "SFC /SCANNOW" command again.

For the SFC command, please check method 2 in this tutorial.

You will also want to have a look at our troubleshooting guide for an unbootable Windows 7, this is the link.

Good luck and keep us posted,
