If it was EMI the way to prove it would be to turn the TV around and if the problem switches to the other side of the monitor then it is

I've moved the monitor to different rooms so I guess that'd be as good as turning it around?

A 275W power supply isn't much of a power supply. Even if the power supply isn't causing the problem a newer quality more watt power supply is a good idea.

From post #43.

I am actually on the first floor of my building. And nothing else in my house is affected. Not t.v.s, nothing.

If it was from a outside source it should effect other things in the house.

Yep. I've tried taking the photos without it and it never works out. I can take a pic of anything with that camera except my PC screen. Even for LCD it's a B8tch. Anyways, I took some more photos with the same PC with a hard drive using XP, and with an LCD and CRT....

Here are some more photos of the problem...

Well it doesn't seem to be. Not affecting my microwave, dvd players, my flat screen t.v., my high def t.v. in the back bedroom, nothing. That's why I diagnosed this as a faulty intel on board. Or maybe if there is interference...it's messing with the intel on board, and might not affect a PCI card? I am not familiar with PSU's strengths but the higher the better right? Well my PC is fast as lightning speed wise so it gets the job done, and my fan keeps it cool. Problem with small form PC's is I can't just buy a high powered PSU and put it in there. These PSU's are constructed to fit small form models specifically.

That's what everyone says! This is one of those issues that it's plain to see sitting in front of the screen. If I had a video cam I'd send a small mpeg. I don't though. Anyways, I looked into the previously-mentioned Jaton card, seems it doesn't work with Windows 7 64-bit. So I am purchasing a Jaton GeForce 6200 low profile/half height. PCI card, not PCi express. That one works with Windows 7 64-bit.

Kind of unique HP OEM problem
Hi guys! First off, I kind of feel like a leech, just barging in here and asking questions, but I'm really stumped about what to do here. The story is this: Back in the pre-7 days, I bought an HP-laptop with a 64bit Vista OS. It qualified for the free upgrade to Windows 7, which I of course...
