I entered it but I just get a list of common prompts like "/Verifyfile and /Scanfile....Did I enter it in wrong?

Same thing happens when I enter: sfc /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=c:\ /OFFWINDIR=c:\Windows

A list of /OFFBOOTDIR /OFFWINDIR /SCANFILE /SCANNOW , etc...

Ok it finished and this is the message: "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.......Looks like it may have fixed the issue. I'm going to restart

HELL YES!!! Thanks a lot man. I can login now. And do you have any suggestions on what to do about the low disk space on my C drive (5gb free of 83 gb)? I used WizTree and scanned it, and my Windows folder is 21 gb full...I don't think that's a normal size

You're welcome . lol should of had you do that a while back . Lets do a few scans

On
Hold down Control and click on ESET Online Scanner to open ESET OnlineScan in a new window
Click the button
Check YES, I accept the Terms of Use.
Click the Start button.
Accept any security warnings from your browser.
Under scan settings, check "Scan Archives" and "Remove found threats"
Click Advanced settings and select the following:
Scan potentially unwanted applications
Scan for potentially unsafe applications
Enable Anti-Stealth technology
ESET will then download updates for itself, install itself, and begin scanning your computer. Please be patient as this can take some time.
When the scan completes, click List Threats
Click Export, and save the file to your desktop using a unique name, such as ESETScan. Include the contents of this report in your next reply.
Click the Back button.
Click the Finish button.
On or
Click on esetsmartinstaller_enu.exe to download the ESET Smart Installer. Save it to your desktop.
Right click on choose on your desktop
