black screen logon with movable cursor

some few days ago I had a trouble with my HDD, maybe it caused of the SATA cable, I already change the new one but after that my OS did some
Code:
Replacing invalid security id with default security id for file xxxxxx.
this process took very long time, and after the process finished, computer directly shutdown. Then I start the windows normally, after the 'starting windows logo' appear the screen being black and I only have movable cursor on it. I'm trying another way with Safe Mode/with networking but still have this problem. I'm trying with repair option/boot with last known configuration, but unfortunately it doesn't make any change.

I haven't do anything yet after that..
