Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example

You need to run the scan up to 3 times with a reboot after each scan.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

You may want to save the CBS.log after each run so you know what each run found, if asked.
