Description: The application (Acer Updater, from vendor Acer Incorporated) has the following problem: Acer Updater has a known compatibility issue with this version of Windows. For an update that is compatible with this version of Windows, contact Acer Incorporated.
I would uninstall that Acer Updater (usually useless) or at least update it.
Yeah when I first bought this computer every time I started it it gave me a warning about that program, think it's hilarious they build a laptop and put 7 on it yet its own update program isn't even compatible. I disabled it in startup but guess something else is still trying to start it, so may have to actually uninstall it.

Well you guys I just wanted to update you all that since I disabled any trace of Google Update/gupdate I have yet to be logged out once. So it looks like I need to go find the appropriate Google forum to complain to them. Lol. Going to wait a little to see if I can get more details into this before marking this as solved.
