User profile cannot be loaded

    That error indicates that the system profile is missing as well.

    Sure thing. Basically, there's two options to use in the tutorial.

    Option One is an attempt to repair your user profile without losing anything by restoring the backup .bak SID key (if available) and deleting the other corrupted SID key. This option is basically to restore a backup of the profile.

    Option Two is a last ditch effort to create a new user profile to use instead. This would be an option if there's not a backup .bak SID key available for the profile. You would want to backup anything that you do not want to lose in the corrupted account's user folders first if able.

    Since you have no restore points, then it's pretty much that or reinstall Windows.

    I would recommend to give Option Two a try first to see if it may save you the time of having to do a clean install.

    Be sure to back up anything that you do not want to lose first though.
