I tried to complete my System Specs but I'm not sure about most of them, if it helps my laptop is a HP650, also I believe it's connected to a server using a network.

I think I see a problem. I will check with others for help. It will just take a little time because they are a little busy.

    This is from your log.

I bought it two weeks ago or so. No it had Linux on it which is not familiar with at all so I had to install Windows 7 myself.

In that case, the installation is counterfeit - since a machine shipped with Linux installed will no have a SLIC table for windows, and a new machine would probably have shipped with Win 8 anyhow.

You will need to reformat using legitimate media and Key

I just had a fellow member bring to my attention that you are not using a anti virus program. Very bad things can happen when security programs are not used active.

Thank you for filling in your specs.
