can't remove old user folder

hi, I try to delete old user folder (OS Windows 8, the user account doesn't exist any more). when I try to take ownership on the security tab of the folder there is a message to click Advanced and then Change but after that there is message that I have no privilege to display the security properties even as an administrator.
I attached screenshot but it's in polish
(tried to post here: Folder - Delete from Command Prompt)
