No I wish I did. Also when I start it in safe mode it locks up and says "C:\Windows\system32\RpcRtRemote.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Did you use the drivers provided by Win7 in the installer and during several rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates, after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)?

This is important. If not I would consider doing the install over and this time following the same steps as here to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Pay particular attention to installing Updates and then programs slowly over a period of days with time between each to gauge performance differences.

Also run a Clean Boot to minimize the chance the .dll error will appear for some needy freeloader that's trying to start with Win7 to spy on you. Only your AV needs to start with Win7.

I think I just hit F8 and re-installed it through there...

Oh I forgot it's a Gateway PC. When I try to fix the "Non-Genuine Windows" it sends me here Genuine Microsoft Software I call Windows and tell them the issue they say I need to buy Windows 7. I give them the Windows 7 product key on the side of my PC and they say it's not valid. Microsoft tells me to call some company for Gateway computers. They want $100 to fix it. I tell them it's there problem that the key is invalid.

You cannot Clean Reinstall via F8, that's nonsense.

You've been given everything you need to correctly Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 following the steps in the blue link which will provide a perfect install.

If you install the licensed version on the COA sticker then it will always activate. We've never had a case where it didn't in tens of thousands of installs we've helped with here.
