[Urgent] goes directly to the setup repair

My computer, a dell windows 7 i5, is taking forever to boot up. So this is what happens. Wen I turn it on, it goes to the "start windows normaly" or "launch setup repair" I clicke launch normally and it takes about 5-10 Min to respond. As soon as it responds, it goes directly to the setup repair. From there, I waited 10-14 hours but it doesn't respond. I tried pressing f8 and clicking everything, but the same thing occurs. I restarted my computer 20 times and the same thing keeps haopening. Please help! I wrote a long essay and I have 1 more day to finish it! Please help!!! I dont know what to do.

you cant even get into safemode from f8? Did you keep on pressing f8 repeatedly after you turned on the computer?
As for the essay, get a free copy of linux and boot it from a USB flash drive. (If you need any help, just ask). With linux you will have to browse to the file and copy it to your usb
