    The FRST.txt file should be inside your USB flash drive

    How To Upload a File
    Click on the Go Advanced button under the Message box . Scroll down to Additional Options then click on Manage Attachments in the Attach Files sections . Click the Browse button locate the file then click on the Open button . In the Upload File from your Computer section click on the Upload button . Wait until it finishes uploading then close the window . Then click Submit Reply .

    to the thread? how do I do that? I cant post it from the computer. im on a different laptop. Im sorry if im frustrating you, Im not very good with computers

    The FRST.txt log should be inside the USB drive . Remove it from the PC that is having the issue plug in the USB to the PC you're on and follow post #13 to upload the log file .

    I'm not seeing anything in the log . Is this a clean installation ?

    A clean installation? I didnt install anything new lately but I did have to reinstall windows 7 off the internet about a year ago and everything was running smoothly
